Ingredients for 15 servings
- 1 white or yellow cake mix
- .25 cup brown sugar
- .25 cup butter, softened
- .25 cup water
- 2 eggs
- .5 tsp vanilla
- .5 bag chocolate chips
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- .5 cup and 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 14 oz shredded coconut
- Almonds
- Chocolate, melted (for dipping)
Steps
- Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time. Stir in coconut. Mixture will be very thick. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Press the mixture tightly into pan. Place the pan in fridge until mixture is firm, about 24 hours. Cut into little rectangle bars, put almonds on top and dip in chocolate. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and allow to set.

- .75 cup butter
- .75 cup sugar
- .75 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1.25 cup peanut butter
- .5 tsp salt
- .75 tsp baking soda
- .5 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1.5 cups quick oats
Steps
- Heat oven to 350F. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add 3/4 cup peanut butter. Mix. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add oats. Spread onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Spread with 1 1/2 cups peanut butter while still warm (not hot). Cool. Frost with chocolate frosting.

- 2.5 cups flour
- 1.66 cups sugar
- 1.25 tsp baking powder
- 1.25 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- .66 cup oil (I like to use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce)
- 3 eggs
- 3 mashed bananas
- .5 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- .66 cup milk
Steps
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oil (and applesauce if using).
- In a separate bowl, combine vinegar and milk and let stand for a few minutes. Then add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350F.

- 1 tbsp baking powder
- .5 tsp salt
- .5 tsp cinnamon
- .25 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- .75 cup sugar
- .5 cup oil (I use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce)
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 1.75 cups frozen blueberries

- Preheat oven to 400F. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In small bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, suger, vanilla, and oil (and applesauce if using). Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until moistened. Do not over mix. Fold in blueberries. Pour into muffin tins and sprinkle liberally with sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

- 3.5 tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- .5 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour

Frosting:
- .5 cup butter
- 3.5 tbsp cocoa
- .25 cup milk
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Steps
- In saucepan, bring to boil butter, shortening, cocoa, and water. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
- For frosting, bring butter, cocoa, and milk to boil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. When cake has cooled, top with frosting.

Topping:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
Steps
- Cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add zucchini and buttermilk. Mix well. Sift together remaining ingredients. Add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle topping over cake. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- .5 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- .5 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- .5 tsp salt
- 6 (1.4 oz) Heath bars, chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sugars, flour, and butter. Crumble these ingredients together with a pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly and coarse. Remove 1/2 cup of the crumbs to a small bowl and set aside. To the large bowl with remaining crumbs, add buttermilk, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing into edges. Sprinkle cake with reserved crumbs and chopped Heath bars. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is no longer gooey but a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. The cake may fall slightly in the center leaving the edges raised. No fear! It will still be delicious!

- 3 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 sweet bell peppers (red, orange, or yellow) chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- .75 tsp pepper
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary chopped
- 3 medium carrots, chopped
- 3.5 cups water
- 2 tbsp chicken bouilon
- 6 cups chicken broth
- .5 cup pesto
- 2.5 cups alfredo sauce
- 4.5 cups penne pasta, cooked
- 5 cups chopped fresh spinach
Steps
- Melt butter in a large pot, add onion, garlic, peppers, and carrots. Saute until tender. Add shredded chicken and spices and cook for 5 minutes. Add water, chicken bouillon, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add pesto, alfredo sauce, and spinach and simmer until heated through. Add cooked pasta right before you serve.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- .5 cup Italian salad dressing
- .25 tsp basil
- .25 tsp garlic powder
- .25 tsp oregano
- .25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- .5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
Steps
- Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with half of dressing, spices, and cheese. Put potatoes on top or around the chicken. Sprinkle with remaining dressing, spices, and cheese. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or until chicken and potatoes are tender.
