Ingredients for 1 serving
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup real butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Steps
- Place ingredients in a large bowl (the mixture will foam up). Microwave 5 minutes on high. Stir. Gradually stir in condensed milk. Cook 9-15 minutes, depending on how soft you want them and what temperature your microwave reaches on high. Stir every 3 minutes. When it begins to get thick, drop some of the mixture into a cup of cold water. When it forms a firm ball, it is finished. Add vanilla and chopped nuts and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Let it set until it is easy to cut into squares and wrap in wax paper or cellophane square wrappers. Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients for 36 servings
- 1 cup shortening
- .75 cup sugar
- .75 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Steps
- Mix shortening, sugars, vanilla, and eggs together. Then add dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350F for 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients for 36 servings
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups light Karo syrup
- 10.5 cups Rice Krispies
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz butterscotch chips
Steps
- Mix Karo syrup and sugar together and heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir constantly. Add peanut butter. Stir till blended. Fold in Rice Krispies. Spread mixture onto a greased sheet pan.
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together and spread over the Rice Krispies. Let cool (although they are mighty tasty warm)!

Ingredients for 8 servings
- 6 oz pkg sugar free instant chocolate pudding
- 1 graham or shortbread crust
- Bananas
- Cool Whip
Steps
- Make pudding according to directions on box. Put sliced bananas in the bottom of crust. Pour pudding over the bananas and cover with Cool Whip. Add more sliced bananas just before serving.

Ingredients for 10 servings
- 1 yellow cake mix
- .5 cup margarine, softened
- .25 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- .5 cup nuts (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- .5 tsp vanilla
- .5 cup sugar
- Fruit
- Cool Whip
Steps
- Combine cake mix, butter, brown sugar, eggs, and nuts. Spread onto two 12 inch pizza pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Cool. Spread with cream cheese mixture or 2-3 cups Cool Whip and then decorate with fruit.
- Cream cheese topping: Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread over baked dough.
- Variation: You can use a sugar cookie dough instead of the cake mix dough.

- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- .5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400F. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Mix everything else in blender. Pour into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients for 5 servings
- 1 tbsp margarine or butter
- 3 cups coleslaw blend (16 oz pkg)
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- .5 tsp caraway seed
- 12 oz precooked kielbasa, quartered lengthwise, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 3 cups frozen southern style hash-browns
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans ready to serve chicken broth
- .25 tsp coarse ground pepper
Steps
- Melt margarine in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add coleslaw, onion, celery, and caraway seed. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and soup is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- .25 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- .5 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
Steps
- Brown hamburger with onions. Drain. Add everything else. Heat through.
- From frozen: Thaw completely. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. (To add a little crunch, add sliced pickles to your sandwich.)

- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can water chestnuts
- .25 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
Steps
- Stir-fry beans for 3 minutes, then add sugar and salt. Add water chestnuts and chicken broth. Lower heat, cover and cook until tender. Mix cornstarch and water. Add mixture to beans and cook until thickened.

- 1 pkg vegetable flavor pasta
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 small pkg pepperoni slices
- .5 cup broccoli (fresh), cut up
- 1 tomato sliced
- .5 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup Italian oil dressing
- 1 tbsp Schilling Vegetable Supreme seasoning (buttery herbs)
Steps
- Cook pasta until tender. Drain. Add vegetables and pepperoni. Add Italian dressing. Add vegetable seasoning. Mix well. Refrigerate until cool.
