Frosted Banana Bars - Marilyn Farmer
Debbie McFarland: Although this is Marilyn's recipe, my family has made and enjoyed it so often through the years, it has become a favorite McFarland recipe.

Fried Pickles - Janette Johnson
Crank up the old fryer. I think I will be buying the gallon jars of pickles from now on. Oddly these are really good.

Fried Cheese - Grandpa Farmer (John Marshall)
This was one of Grandpa Farmer's snacks! It could really stink up a house if you didn't appreciate the aroma of fried cheese. It was the quickest way to get Mike out of the house! He wasn't one to partake in this delicacy!!

Fresh Spinach Salad - Debbie McFarland
Jennifer Crites: This recipe is a staple for Farmer family gatherings. Many will remember the separate bowl prepared for Grandpa Farmer because he didn't like cottage cheese. When I make it, there are no mushrooms. Aunt Deb adds mushrooms, but she makes it wrong! Amber Silberberger: This is my favorite salad Aunt Deb makes...my dad and I always made it for Christmas. Now I make it every Easter for my family. I bring it to pot lucks and get so many compliments on it!!! I LOVE this salad, thanks Aunt Deb!!

Fresh and Famous Cowpies - Jennifer Crites
We had a bishop and dear friend, Dave Free, who made a large "cowpie" ( 6" round pan) for each youth in our ward on their birthday and delivered it fresh and steamy. It was a great treat and one we'll always remember.
