Ingredients for 8 servings
- 1 cup butter
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Steps
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each egg for 5 minutes. Turn into cooled pie shell. Chill for at least 1 hour.
