Ingredients for 8 servings

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie crust

Steps

  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating each egg for 5 minutes. Turn into cooled pie shell. Chill for at least 1 hour.
