Ingredients for 6 servings
- 20 oz frozen corn
- 6 tsp sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
Roux:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp flour
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it gets to a boil turn down to simmer for 5 minutes, still stirring. Add roux to corn mixture. Mix well and stir until thick.
