Ingredients for 24 servings
- 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- .5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- .5 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- .5 bag powdered sugar
Steps
- Combine all ingredients an pour into a greased cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool and then frost.
