Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz jar salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream

Steps

  1. Cook chicken and salsa in crock pot for 6-8 hours on low. The last hour, shred chicken and add sour cream.
  2. The chicken can be used for tacos, tostadas, burritos, etc.
