Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 3 sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • .25 tsp salt
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Cut peeled potatoes into wedges. Toss with garlic, oil, and salt and pepper. Spread evenly onto a large baking sheet. Roast till tender, 30-40 minutes.
