Ingredients for 6 servings
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 tsp salt
- .125 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp oil
- .5 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Steps
- Finely chop corn. Mix all ingredients to form a thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil (360F-370F) for 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with maple syrup.
