Description
Great in Gyro sandwiches or as a spread on any sandwich
Ingredients for 12 servings
- 4 cups fresh unflavored yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber peeled and grated
- 4 cloves garlic minced very fine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Place a cheese cloth in a colander and pour in the yogurt. Allow yogurt to drain for several hours. Place the grated cucumber in another colander and drain for 2 hours. Mix all the ingredients and chill.
