Ingredients
Crust:
- .50.05 cup butter
- 20.2 oz semisweet chocolate
- .330.033 cup sugar
- 1.50.15 tbsp pasteurized egg
- 10.1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1.50.15 cups flaked coconut
- 10.1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling:
- 20.2 cups powdered sugar
- 40.4 tbsp butter, softened
- .50.05 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.50.25 tbsp milk
- 20.2 oz semisweet chocolate
Steps
- For crust, melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Press mixture into a greased 9 x 9 dish and chill for 1 hour.
- For filling, combine powdered sugar with 3 tbsp butter, vanilla, and milk. Mix until it has an icing-like consistency and spread over the graham cracker crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining butter and chocolate. Spread over the top of the bars and chill for 4 to 5 hours.
