Ingredients
- 10.125 cup flour
- .750.09375 cup sugar
- 20.25 tbsp cocoa
- 20.25 tsp baking powder
- .250.03125 tsp salt
- .50.0625 cup milk
- 20.25 tbsp oil
- 10.125 tsp vanilla
- 10.125 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Pudding:
- 10.125 cup brown sugar
- 40.5 tbsp cocoa
- 1.750.21875 cups hot water
Steps
- Combine dry ingredients together, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla. Add nuts. Pour into ungreased 8x8 baking dish (double recipe for a 9x13). Mix brown sugar and the 4 tbsp of cocoa. Sprinkle this on the batter. Pour the hot water over the top but do not stir in. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm.
