Ingredients
- 10.0416666666667 cup whole milk
- 50.208333333333 Tbsp flour
- 10.0416666666667 tsp vanilla
- 10.0416666666667 cup unsalted butter
- 10.0416666666667 cup granulated sugar
Steps
- Combine the milk and flour in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Add the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the cooled milk mixture and beat well. It may look separated, which means you have to keep beating until fully combined. It should be fluffy and light, similar to whipped cream.
