Ingredients
- 10.0666666666667 cup flour
- .250.0166666666667 cup brown sugar
- .50.0333333333333 cup nuts, chopped
- .50.0333333333333 cup butter, melted
- 20.133333333333 egg whites
- 10.0666666666667 cup sugar
- 20.133333333333 tbsp lemon juice
- 10.0666666666667 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 20.133333333333 cups frozen berries (raspberries or strawberries)
Steps
- Crust: Mix together flour, brown sugar, nuts and butter. Bake in a pan for 20 minutes or until lightly golden at 350F, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and cool.
- When cool, crumble them all up. Put 2/3 of the crumbs in a 9x13 inch pan. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar and lemon juice, Fold in whipped cream and berries. Spread over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight before serving.
