Ingredients
- 10.0666666666667 lb sausage, browned and drained
- .50.0333333333333 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 120.8 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
- 10.0666666666667 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 20.133333333333 tbsp chopped green onion
- 20.133333333333 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 10.0666666666667 cup bisquick
- 30.2 cups milk
- .50.0333333333333 tsp salt
- 40.266666666667 eggs
Steps
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Combine sausage, bacon, hash browns, bell pepper, green onion, and 1 cup cheese in a large bowl. Spread into pan. Whisk together bisquick, milk, salt, and eggs until blended. Pour over potato mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight (no longer than 24 hours).
- Next day preheat oven to 375F. Remove dish from refrigerator. Bake, uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
