Ingredients
- 20.166666666667 cans (12 oz each) Spam luncheon meat
- Whole cloves
- .250.0208333333333 cup light molasses
- 30.25 tbsp prepared mustard
- 20.166666666667 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 20.166666666667 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 20.166666666667 cans (1 lb each) Boston-style baked beans
- 10.0833333333333 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (can use apple slices)
Steps
- Remove spam from each can and place side by side in a shallow baking dish to make one whole piece. Score spam. Stud with whole cloves. Combine molasses and mustard in mixing bowl. Stir in vinegar and worcestershire sauce. Add beans and pineapple chunks and toss. Spread around the spam. Bake in a 350F oven until all is heated through.
