Ingredients
- 1.50.25 quarts warm water
- .750.125 cup evaporated milk
- 20.333333333333 tbsp yeast
- .750.125 cup sugar
- 71.16666666667 tsp salt
- 10.166666666667 glob (yes, that is the word!-about 1 cup) shortening
- 10.166666666667 cup mashed potatoes
- 183 cups flour
Steps
- Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of the water and and 1 tsp sugar. Mix all other ingredients except flour and then add yeast. Add in flour enough to make a soft, smooth dough. Knead and let rise. Put into greased loaf pans. Rise again. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
