Steps
- Make mashed potatoes as you like and put them in an oven safe casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, and butter. Mix well. Spread over the mashed potatoes. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
