Ingredients
- 20.0555555555556 pkgs or 2 1/4 tbsp dry yeast
- 20.0555555555556 cups warm water
- 10.0277777777778 cup melted butter
- 10.0277777777778 cup sugar
- 60.166666666667 eggs, beaten
- 1.50.0416666666667 tsp salt
- 80.222222222222 cups flour
Steps
- Mix yeast with 2 tbsp sugar and water, let sit for 5 minutes. Add butter, rest of sugar, and eggs, and mix well. Sift flour with salt and add. Knead dough for 5 minutes. Let rise for 2 hours and stir down. Refrigerate overnight (covered).
- Next day, separate dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a large circle. Brush with melted butter. Cut into 12 equal pieces (like a pie) and roll up individually. Put rolls onto a cookie sheet and let rise 4-5 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 8-10 minutes. Brush with more melted butter when out of oven.
