Ingredients
- 10.0666666666667 lb hamburger
- 261.73333333333 oz spaghetti sauce
- .50.0333333333333 cup water
- 20.133333333333 eggs, beaten
- 241.6 oz cottage cheese
- .330.022 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.50.1 tbsp dried parsley
- .50.0333333333333 tsp garlic powder
- .50.0333333333333 tsp pepper
- .50.0333333333333 tsp dried basil
- .50.0333333333333 tsp oregano
- 90.6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 30.2 cup shredded mozzarella
Steps
- Cook hamburger in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and seasonings.
- Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Layer with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the cheese mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice.
- Cover and bake at 375F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
