Ingredients
- 10.5 medium banana
- 10.5 cup skim milk
- .750.375 cup vanilla yogurt
- .250.125 cup pineapple juice
- .50.25 tbsp honey
Steps
- Mix all together in a blender. We like to add a bit of chocolate protein powder, too. Serve immediately.
