Ingredients
- 123 tomatillos
- 20.5 jalapenos
- 30.75 cloves garlic
- 10.25 lime, juiced
- 10.25 bunch cilantro
- 10.25 small avocado
Steps
- Boil tomatillos and jalapenos until soft. Drain and blend them with garlic, cilantro and lime juice. Cool. Blend in the avocado. Put in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
