Ingredients
- 1.50.375 lb london broil or flank steak
Marinade:
- 30.75 tbsp olive oil
- 30.75 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 10.25 large clove garlic, minced
- 10.25 tsp cumin
Glaze:
- 20.5 tbsp honey
- 10.25 tbsp dijon mustard
- 10.25 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 10.25 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 20.5 tsp minced canned chipotle chilis
- 10.25 large garlic clove, minced
Steps
- Make marinade for the steak and marinate overnight and into the next day.
- Combine ingredients to make glaze. Depending on the size of the steak, you may want to double the glaze recipe. Reserve some of the glaze to serve with the cooked steak. Brush some of the glaze onto the steak while grilling. Cut steak into thin diagonal slices. Be sure it is still at least pink in the middle. Do not overcook .
