Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 10.125 onion chopped
- 20.25 cloves garlic
- 10.125 lb ground beef
- 10.125 tsp salt
Sauce:
- 20.25 cans of tomato soup
- 20.25 soup cans of water
- 20.25 tbsp lemon juice
- .250.03125 tsp salt
- .50.0625 tsp sage
- .50.0625 tsp sweet basil
- .250.03125 tsp thyme
- Dash cayenne pepper
Steps
- Rather than form the meat into meatballs, I saute chopped onion, garlic, 1 tsp salt and ground beef together until beef is done. Make sauce by mixing tomato soup, water, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, sage, sweet basil, thyme and cayenne pepper together. Add to tomato soup mixture and simmer about 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti.
