Ingredients

• 101 cups fresh peaches, diced
• 80.8 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
• 10.1 cup white vinegar
• 1.50.15 cups onion, diced
• 60.6 jalapenos, seeded and diced
• 20.2 cups green bell peppers
• .250.025 cup cilantro, minced
• 30.3 cloves garlic, minced
• 20.2 tbsp lime juice
• 10.1 tsp salt
• 10.1 tbsp cumin
• .250.025 cup sugar

Steps

1. Mix all together and boil gently about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour into pint jars and process 20 minutes.
