Ingredients
- 20.5 tbsp oil
- .50.125 bell pepper, chopped
- .250.0625 onion, diced
- 10.25 clove garlic, minced
- 10.25 cup rice
- 10.25 can petite diced tomatoes
- 10.25 cube chicken bouillon
- 20.5 cups water
- 10.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Saute oil, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and rice until rice begins to turn golden brown. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Cook like regular rice, covered, stirring often, until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
