Ingredients
- 10.0833333333333 head cleaned and torn lettuce
- .50.0416666666667 pkg wonton wrappers (3x3 inches)
- 10.0833333333333 can sliced water chestnuts
- 30.25 cooked and diced chicken breasts
- .50.0416666666667 cup sesame seeds
- .6670.0555833333333 cup sliced green onions
Dressing:
- 40.333333333333 tbsp sugar
- 20.166666666667 tsp salt
- .250.0208333333333 cup oil
- .250.0208333333333 cup rice vinegar
Steps
- Toast sesame seeds in a frying pan. Set aside. Slice wonton wrappers into 1/4 inch slices. Add oil to your frying pan and fry separated wontons until lightly golden brown and drain on paper towel. Combine the lettuce, sesame seeds, water chestnuts and green onions and wontons . In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, oil and rice vinegar. Pour over salad. Serve immediately.
