Ingredients
- 10.125 cup pecans halves
- 10.125 tbsp corn syrup
- 10.125 tbsp honey
- 20.25 heads butter leaf lettuce
- 30.375 oz bleu cheese, crumbled
- 20.25 pears, cored and sliced
Dressing:
- 10.125 tbsp mayonaise
- 20.25 tbsp dijon mustard
- .250.03125 cup white wine vinegar
- 10.125 cup oil
- 20.25 cloves garlic, crushed
Steps
- Prepare the pecans by spreading them into a oven safe dish. Place them in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Stir in the corn syrup and honey. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Remove and separate onto Pam sprayed foil. Allow to cool.
- Mix together dressing.
- Clean and tear lettuce. Add the bleu cheese, pecans, and pears. Toss with the dressing.
