Ingredients
- 10.0833333333333 large head cabbage, finely chopped
- 10.0833333333333 small red onion, finely chopped
- .50.0416666666667 cup butter
- .50.0416666666667 cup sesame seeds
- 10.0833333333333 cup sliced almonds
- 30.25 pkg Top Ramen noodles, broken up (don't use the seasoning)
Dressing:
- 10.0833333333333 cup sugar
- .750.0625 cup oil
- .50.0416666666667 cup vinegar (half apple cider, half red wine)
- 20.166666666667 tbsp soy sauce
Steps
- Mix and set aside the chopped cabbage and onion. Saute the seeds, almonds, and noodles in the butter until browned.
- Make the dressing. Just before serving, toss salad and dressing together. You may not need all the dressing.
