Ingredients
- 80.666666666667 cups finely chopped cabbage, about 1 head
- .250.0208333333333 cup shredded carrot
- 20.166666666667 tbsp minced onion
- .330.0275 cup granulated sugar
- .50.0416666666667 tsp salt
- .1250.0104166666667 tsp pepper
- .250.0208333333333 cup milk
- .50.0416666666667 cup mayonnaise
- .250.0208333333333 cup buttermilk
- 1.50.125 tbsp white vinegar
- 2.50.208333333333 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
- Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
