Ingredients
- .250.0625 cup butter
- .250.0625 cup onions, chopped
- .250.0625 cup flour
- 143.5 oz can chicken broth
- 10.25 cup evaporated milk
- 30.75 small baked potatoes
- 10.25 tsp salt
- 41 strips bacon
- .250.0625 cup cheddar cheese
- 30.75 tbsp green onions, chopped
Steps
- Melt butter and add onion (1-2 minutes). Add flour and gradually add broth and milk Scoop potato from one and add to broth. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Dice remaining potatoes, including skins and add to soup. Garnish with crisped bacon, cheese and green onion.
