Ingredients
- 40.5 chopped carrots
- 30.375 chopped celery stalks
- .50.0625 cup chopped onion
- 60.75 tbsp butter
- .330.04125 cup flour
- 30.375 cups chicken broth
- .50.0625 cup milk
- .50.0625 cup cream
- 10.125 cup chicken cooked, cubed
- Egg noodles (not too many, just a handful-homemade style is the best)
Steps
- Saute carrots, celery, and onion in butter until softened. Add flour to coat the vegetables. Stir in liquids to make paste. Add noodles and chicken and simmer until thick.
