Ingredients
- 20.2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn into pieces
- 10.1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 10.1 red onion, peeled and sliced thin
- .50.05 cup toasted, slivered almonds
Dressing:
- 20.2 cups mayonnaise
- .330.033 cup half and half
- 20.2 tbsp poppy seeds
- .660.066 cup sugar
- .50.05 cup raspberry vinegar
- 30.3 tbsp raspberry jam
Steps
- Toss lettuce, onions, and dressing together. Top with strawberries and almonds.
- Make dressing by combining the mayonnaise, half and half, poppy seeds, sugar, vinegar, and jam in a blender until mixed well. Dressing will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
