Ingredients
- 1.50.125 lbs boneless pork, cut in cubes
- 10.0833333333333 large chopped onion
- 10.0833333333333 stalk of sliced celery
- 20.166666666667 cloves minced garlic
- 40.333333333333 cups water
- 151.25 oz canned tomato sauce
- 40.333333333333 cups chopped cabbage
- 20.166666666667 sliced carrots
- .250.0208333333333 tsp cracked pepper
- 20.166666666667 tsp salt
Steps
- Brown pork in small amount of fat until nearly brown. Add the onions, celery, and garlic. Cover and continue cooking until vegetables are tender, but not brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in water, tomato sauce, cabbage, carrots, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
