Ingredients
- 10.25 egg
- 10.25 cup four
- .750.1875 cup milk
- 10.25 tbsp sugar
- 20.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 30.75 tsp baking powder
- .250.0625 tsp salt
- Margarine or butter
Steps
- Beat eggs with a hand beater in a medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients except butter, just until smooth. For thinner pancakes, stir in additional 1-2 tbsp milk. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375F. Grease griddle with butter.
- We usually double or triple this recipe. I also like to add blueberries.
