Ingredients
- 10.0416666666667 can evaporated milk
- 10.0416666666667 cup hot water
- 10.0416666666667 cup sugar
- 10.0416666666667 tbsp yeast (dissolve in .5 cup water and 1 tsp sugar)
- .50.0208333333333 cup margarine
- 10.0416666666667 cup hot mashed potatoes (can use instant)
- 10.0416666666667 tbsp salt
- 20.0833333333333 eggs
- 10.0416666666667 tsp baking powder
- 8-10 cups flour
Filling:
- 20.0833333333333 cubes softened butter (slightly less)
- 10.0416666666667 cup sugar
- 10.0416666666667 cup brown sugar
Steps
- Mix together and knead for 8 minutes. Let rise double. Roll out into long rectangle 1/2 inch thick.
- Mix together 2 cubes of softened butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup brown sugar. Spread onto the rectangle. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up and cut . Place in pan so that they are touching.
- Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
