Ingredients
- 20.5 cups flour, plus more for kneading
- 10.25 egg
- .50.125 tsp baking powder
- 10.25 tsp sugar
- .250.0625 tsp salt
- 20.5 tbsp plain yogurt
- .250.0625 cup milk, warmed
- 20.5 tsp oil
- 20.5 medium onions, chopped
- .250.0625 cup green pepper, chopped
- .250.0625 cup coriander, finely chopped
- .250.0625 cup butter, melted
Steps
- Mix flour, egg, baking powder, sugar, salt, yogurt, milk and oil until combined. Gradually add 1/3 cup water and knead dough until firm but not too soft. Let dough rest, covered with a damp cloth for at least 2 hours.
- Place a pizza stone in oven, heat to 350F. Divide dough into 4 pieces and knead each piece on a floured surface until smooth, forming into a ball. Rest for 10 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, press each ball into a disk, 8 inches in circumference. Cover entire surface with onions, pepper, and coriander. Place on hot pizza stone in oven and bake until bread puffs up and brown blisters form on the surface, 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
