Ingredients
- 31.5 eggs
- 21 cups sugar
- 21 tsp vanilla
- 10.5 cup oil
- 21 cups zucchini, peeled and grated
- 31.5 cups flour
- 10.5 tsp baking soda
- .50.25 tsp baking powder
- 10.5 tsp salt
- 31.5 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, oil, and zucchini and mix well. In sifter combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the creamed mixture. Divide into 2 greased tins. Bake at 325F for about 1 hour. Remove from pans. If desired, frost with a thin coat of powdered sugar while warm.
