Ingredients

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • .5 cup brown sugar
  • .5 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • .5 tsp soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cinnamon sugar

Steps

  1. Mix dough. Form into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
