Ingredients
- 30.75 sweet potatoes, peeled
- 41 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1.50.375 tbsp olive oil
- .250.0625 tsp salt
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400F. Cut peeled potatoes into wedges. Toss with garlic, oil, and salt and pepper. Spread evenly onto a large baking sheet. Roast till tender, 30-40 minutes.
