Ingredients
- 81 oz semisweet chocolate bars
- 10.125 cup unsalted butter
- 40.5 eggs
- 40.5 egg yolks
- .50.0625 cup sugar
- .250.03125 tsp salt
- .50.0625 cup flour
Steps
- Melt chocolate and butter in a pan over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat and cool. Mix eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl and beat on high for 5 minutes. Stir in cooled chocolate. Sift flour into the batter and blend. Spoon batter into buttered custard cups and bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream and whipped cream.
