Ingredients

• .50.0333333333333 cup butter
• .50.0333333333333 cup shortening
• 3.50.233333333333 tbsp cocoa
• 10.0666666666667 cup water
• 20.133333333333 eggs
• 10.0666666666667 tsp baking soda
• 20.133333333333 cups sugar
• .50.0333333333333 cup buttermilk
• 20.133333333333 cups flour
• 10.0666666666667 tbsp vanilla

Frosting:

• .50.0333333333333 cup butter
• 3.50.233333333333 tbsp cocoa
• .250.0166666666667 cup milk
• 10.0666666666667 lb powdered sugar
• 10.0666666666667 tbsp vanilla
• 10.0666666666667 cup nuts, chopped

Steps

1. In saucepan, bring to boil butter, shortening, cocoa, and water. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
2. For frosting, bring butter, cocoa, and milk to boil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. When cake has cooled, top with frosting.
