Ingredients
- 10.125 cup sugar
- .50.0625 cup corn syrup
- .250.03125 cup butter, melted
- 30.375 eggs
- 10.125 cup pecans
- 10.125 unbaked pie shell
Steps
- Mix sugar, syrup and butter together. Beat eggs well and add to the sugar, syrup and butter mixture. Add pecans. Fill unbaked pie shell with mixture and bake in moderately hot oven, 400F, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 30-35 minutes.
