Ingredients
- 10.125 lb penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1.50.1875 lbs chicken, cooked and cut into pieces (can use shrimp)
Sauce:
- olive oil
- 20.25 tbsp minced garlic
- .330.04125 cup chopped onion
- 20.25 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 10.125 tbsp paprika
- 10.125 tbsp parsley flakes
- Black pepper to taste
- 10.125 cup chicken broth
- 40.5 tbsp tomato paste
- 10.125 pint heavy cream
- .50.0625 cup Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Cook meat and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic tip tender.
- Add broth, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer 4 minutes.
- Add cream and simmer on low for another 6-10 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese. The sauce will thicken with the cheese.
- Toss with the cooked pasta and meat. Serve warm.
