Ingredients
- .50.0625 cup pecan bits
- .250.03125 cup butter
- .250.03125 cup sugar
- 10.125 tsp cinnamon
- Romaine lettuce
- Craisins
- Feta cheese
- Sliced apples
- Gerards Champagne dressing
Steps
- Melt butter and add sugar and cinnamon. Stir in pecans. Pour onto a cookie sheet. Toast in oven at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, adding the cooled nuts and pour dressing over the top of the salad right before serving.
