Teriyaki Noodles - Jenny Garrett

Ingredients
- 20.5 chicken breasts, cubed
- 10.25 tbsp olive oil
- 10.25 small onion, sliced
- 10.25 tbsp garlic, minced
- 92.25 sweet mini peppers, sliced (or use 1 red and 1 orange bell pepper)
- Broccoli and carrots (or any other vegetables), steamed
- 164 oz pkg linguini or spaghetti
Sauce:
- 1.50.375 cup cold water
- .50.125 cup brown sugar
- .50.125 cup soy sauce
- 10.25 tsp garlic powder
- 30.75 tbsp cornstarch
- 20.5 tsp sesame oil
Steps
- Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, onions, and chicken. Cook until partially done, then add peppers and cook until crisp tender. Remove from skillet. Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour into the hot skillet, cooking till thickened, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the noodles and mix with the sauce and steamed veggies, and chicken. Serve immediately.
