Ingredients
- 10.125 package of Frito chips
- 20.25 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 151.875 oz can of chili con carne beans
- 151.875 oz can of enchilada sauce
- 81 oz can seasoned tomato sauce
- 10.125 tbsp minced onions
- 10.125 cup sour cream
Steps
- Reserve 1 cup of the Fritos and 1/2 cup cheese. Combine everything, put in casserole dish. Bake uncovered 375F for 20 minutes. Take from the oven and spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Make ring of Fritos on top. Bake 5 minutes more.
