Ingredients
- 10.125 cucumber peeled and cut in pieces
- 10.125 medium sized onion cut in pieces
- 20.25 tomatoes peeled and cut in pieces
- 20.25 medium sized green peppers
- .50.0625 cup vinegar
- .50.0625 cup sugar
- .250.03125 cup soy sauce
- .50.0625 tsp salt
- Dash of cayenne
- 20.25 cloves garlic crushed
- 40.5 tbsp cooking oil
- 20.25 lbs pork cut very thin
- 10.125 tsp cornstarch
- 20.25 tbsp water
Steps
- Cut vegetables and set aside
- Combine in small bowl the vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and cayenne.
- Brown garlic in hot oil and add pork and stir fry until well done.
- Add vegetables and stir fry for a minute or two.
- Add the sauce and stir and cover. Cook two minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch and water mixture and cook until thick. Do not overcook the vegetables.
- Serve over rice.
