Ingredients
- 80.08 lbs Italian plums
- 10.01 lemon
- 20.02 oranges
- Sugar
- Nutmeats
Steps
- Grind together the plums, lemon, and oranges. Measure and add as much sugar as the plum, lemon and orange mixture. Let this stand overnight. Bring to a boil and put in sterilized jars. Add nutmeats, if desired. Makes 8 pints.
