Ingredients
- 91.125 inch pie crust
- 30.375 oz (3 squares) semisweet chocolate
- .250.03125 cup butter
- .50.0625 cup heavy cream
- .50.0625 cup light corn syrup
- 30.375 eggs
- .330.04125 cup sugar
- .330.04125 cup brown sugar
- 10.125 cup macadamia nuts
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350F. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat. Add cream and corn syrup and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugars and then blend into the chocolate mixture. Stir in chopped macadamia nuts. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of filling comes out clean. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream and additional macadamia nuts if desired.
